I've only used the app four times now, two of which it has stopped in the middle of the hypnosis, which if you don't check you may be unaware of and I'm not keen on wandering about my day hypnotised. I think it does work if you listen to the whole thing, just the interface doesn't tell you how far through you are, thats a bit lame. I've had to go back in and guess where I was to complete the session. Unreliable software.
I'm currently on my 3rd week without nail biting! That's amazing as I've been biting for 33+ years. I just wish the app had a playback scroll bar so you could quickly slide the time in the track as I've had a few crashed with the app so have to restart it each time.
Really great, it worked for me from the first time I used it, my nails were down to the quicks. I did not attempt to bite or pick, never been so easy , my nails are now a great shape and to the end of my fingers, I dont want claws, I have a large nail bed , so just peeping over the edge of fingers looks really long on me . Thank you, I am now proud of my nails !!!!!!!!
I now have long beautiful nails. I had tried so many times to stop picking at them. This worked for me!

Tried once and paid for it to see if its worth keeping then once session was finally over the time spend trying it out wouldnt let me get a refund. Thankfully I liked it but google needs to add more time for apps
This Is exactly as the free app for sleepy sound recording... I'm very disappointed with this app.
App won't even let me install it. I have paid and just keep getting an error message when I try to download
Been a nail bitter for close to 30 years and after a few times listening at night while falling asleep I started noticing that I wasn't putting my fingers in my mouth as frequently. After a few weeks of listening a couple times a week, it has proven to have worked its magic. Its been close to a month & I have nails for the first time in my life.
Huge improvement in nails! I still have an issue with the cuticles but my nails are coming along well.
